We bring everything with us. One van runs off a fully loaded inverter system, the other off quiet inverter generators, and each van carries 75 gallons of fresh water, so we arrive ready to go anywhere from St. Pete Beach to South Tampa. You stay comfy inside, your pup gets one‑on‑one attention, and nobody sits in a kennel waiting for pickup.

We groom a lot of doodles, and we love every curl. Here are a few of our favorite fluff balls, fresh out of the van. Starting at $110/hr, usually 1.5–2.5 hours per groom. Doodles need a groom at least once a month, and lots of our doodle families book weekly or every 2 weeks.

📋 Client disclosure & acknowledgment

By booking with Puptown, you understand that grooming always carries some risk. We're not liable for pre‑existing health or skin conditions that show up during a groom. Senior pups can be more sensitive to stress. If a pup becomes unsafe to handle, we may end the session for everyone's safety. If urgent care is ever needed, you authorize a vet visit at your expense and we'll contact you right away. New clients review our service agreement as part of the intake form.

Do you need water or power from my house?+
Nope. One van runs off a fully loaded inverter system and the other off quiet inverter generators. Each van carries 75 gallons of fresh water (150 gallons between the two), so we show up fully equipped.
How long does a groom take?+
Usually 45 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on breed and service. Doodles usually take 1.5–2.5 hours.
How often should my dog be groomed?+
It depends on breed, coat and style. Most of our clients come monthly at most to keep skin and coat healthy, and doodles must be groomed at least once a month. Many of our doodle clients come weekly or every two weeks.
Do I need to be home?+
Not always! After your first visit, we offer latch key service, since many of our clients aren't home during the groom. Just ask us to set it up.
Can I stay with my dog during the groom?+
For insurance purposes, clients can't come inside the van during the groom. Our vans stay parked right outside your home, and your pup is in careful, caring hands the whole time.
Where do you groom?+
St. Pete and all of Pinellas County, plus South Tampa. That includes Downtown St. Pete, St. Pete Beach, Pass‑a‑Grille Beach, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Sunset Beach, Tierra Verde, South Pasadena, Bahia Shores, Mud Key, Shore Acres, Snell Isle, Largo and Pinellas Park. Booking requests are confirmed based on availability and our route for the day, with a 1‑hour arrival window.
